Fried Cheese Salad

Adygei cheese-200 of 
Salad romaine-100 of

Cherry tomatoes-100 of

Method

Lemon — 1 piece.
Method

1. Small we cut bacon, we clean stalks from mint leaves. We grate parmesan on a grater.

Parfait With A Kiwi And Pineapple

1 bag of vanilla sugar

souffle:
2 whites
1 tablespoons of gelatin (I took instant)
120 гр. icing sugar
vanillin on a knife tip

glaze:
100 гр. chocolate
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Method

To add powder and vanilla sugar to the softened oil, to shake up everything up to the magnificent weight, to pour a half of a portion of flour, to stir the mixer at a low speed that the crumb turned out, to add yolks and milk or water, to stir, pour other flour and to knead gentle dough. Form a sausage diameter about future cakes, turn in a film and clean in the freezer for about 40 minutes before hardening. Heat an oven by 200 degrees, to lay a baking sheet parchment. Get preparation from the freezer and cut a sharp knife on circles.

Method

Mini-tartlets With Banana Cream

Іngredients


Bananas — 2 pieces.
Shortcake dough — 300 g 
Cottage cheese — 80 g
Sour cream of 20% — 4 tablespoons. 
Sugar — 5 tablespoons. 
Egg — 1 piece.
Vanillin — 1 pinch 
Wheat flour — 2 tablespoons. 

Method


1. Basis for baskets this shortcake dough. Thinly roll the cooled dough in layer 3-4 mm thick and cut out circles under the size of baking pans.
2. Cut bananas very thinly. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream. Add sugar and mix before its dissolution. Add vanillin on a knife tip. Then add egg. Sift 2 tablespoons of flour and again mix well. Warm an oven to 180 °C.

225 g of tomatoes
1 bulb
15 g (1 St. l.) tomato mashed potatoes
1 l of water or vegetable broth
15 g (1 St. l.) olive oil
1 small cut chili pepper
1/2 tsp of powder of a curry
salt
3 crushed garlic segments
fresh cilantro and chili pepper for ornament

Method


Cut a thin skin of each tomato cross-wise several times and put them for 30-40 seconds in the boiling water. 
Take out tomatoes and husk a sharp knife. 
Cut out firm serdtsevinka and cut tomatoes pieces. 
Peel and knife onions on pieces sharp. 
Warm olive oil in a pan, fry onions to transparency, add Chile and garlic, to fry 3-4 more minutes, constantly stirring that onions didn't change color. 
Add tomatoes and fry 5 minutes. To stir slowly constantly that tomatoes didn't burn slightly. 
Mix a tomato mashed potatoes with vegetable broth or water and to pour in a pan. Add a curry and salt. Bring to boiling and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring slowly. 
Remove a pan from fire and decorate with Chile and cilantro. 
Pour soup on heated plates and a tax hot. Before eating to take out the pods of Chile decorating soup.

Method

Clean, wash and cut onions тоненько half rings. Wash and scissor salad.
Orange to peel and cut in cubes. Cut olive into circles or small into cubes.
